RoamRasa Beta is travel-planning and collaboration software operated during closed beta by the responsible founder/operator. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the service. Users must protect their accounts, respect group-trip permissions, avoid scraping, abuse, impersonation, unlawful content, fraudulent invitations, payment misuse and security bypass attempts. RoamRasa owns its software, product design, visual identity, databases and editorial content. Users remain responsible for travel decisions, group conduct and expense settlements. RoamRasa does not hold money, process settlement payments, guarantee repayment, operate bookings or resolve private disputes.

Closed beta operator note: use the configured RoamRasa legal/support contact details for formal notices before public beta. These documents are versioned so acceptance can be audited without storing raw IP addresses.
