Users must not send spam invitations, scrape RoamRasa, create fake accounts, impersonate others, harass group members, upload unlawful or malicious content, collect another person's data without permission, use expenses for fraud or unlawful payments, bypass permissions, attack authentication controls, or attempt to access trips, expenses, profiles or data they are not authorised to access.

Closed beta operator note: use the configured RoamRasa legal/support contact details for formal notices before public beta. These documents are versioned so acceptance can be audited without storing raw IP addresses.
